At some point in our lives, we will all unconsciously adopt self-limiting beliefs or build walls around ourselves. As a mindset coach my role is in assisting clients in identifying and challenging self-sabotaging thought patterns. The purpose of my work is to assist you in discovering the limiting belief that’s holding you back from achieving your goals, and to provide you with the strategies to bust through that belief. The most difficult part of this process is being honest with oneself and admitting one’s limitations.
Resistance is released as a result of self-awareness, and acceptance fosters an environment in which desired change can occur. By stepping outside of your comfort zone and unlocking these unconscious (and sometimes conscious) patterns, I can assist you in creating a lasting shift in your being and mindset. Connecting with your innermost self, where you are in control and have the ability to create your own reality at any time, is an important part of transforming. Focusing on your self-image and perception, becoming aware of your strengths and weaknesses, uncovering “stories,” breaking up negative thought patterns, and rewiring limiting beliefs are all part of this process.
